The Company was originally incorporated on 29th March 1994 as a Public Company in the name and style of “Asian Lakto Industries Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh vide registration No. 16-14386. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is L15209PB1994PLC014386.
The shares of the Company are listed at Delhi Stock Exchange Limited (DSE), Ludhiana Stock Exchange Limited (LSE) and Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) (DSE became non-operational on 19th November 2014 and LSE and JSE were Derecognized by SEBI vide order dated 30th December 2014 and 6th January 2015 respectively) At present the shares of the company are listed at Metropolitan of Stock Exchange India Ltd (MSEI) and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited.
Presently, The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, producing, processing, buying, selling and dealing in Fruit Juices and Aerated Drinks under the name and style of Mr. Fresh, which is available on all the leading departmental and hyper stores in Metro, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Our company is also producing the Fruit Juices and Drinks for many renowned private labels of India, which contributes a major portion of revenue to our company. It is worth mentioning here that the Company has generated a total revenue of Rs. 76.75 Crores in the FY 2015-16 and EBIDTA (Earning before interest depreciation and tax) is Rs. 3.74 Crores and achieved the PAT (Profit after Tax) of Rs. 1.34 Crores.
The group has been steadily growing at a rate of 30 to 35% per annum compounded over last few years and has a credible track record in developing World class indigenous Beverages and adding most demanding and prestigious customers to its list.
The group is now setting up plant for manufacture complete range of Beverages in Chittoor (A.P) in South India where we have recently set up a facility to process Fruits like Mango, Guava, and Grapes into Pulp / Puree etc.
To provide world class quality of complete range of Beverages (Fruit Drinks, Carbonated Soft drinks, Carbonated Fruit Drinks and Packaged Drinks Water) and Processed Fruits (Mango Puree, Guava Puree etc.) to our customer at most affordable price always. To develop new generation drink like Energy Drink, Sports Drink, Flavoured Water etc. to meet the need of new generation customer.
The group was incorporated in 1995 and is managed by Sh Radhe Shyam Poddar, Mr. Gopal Poddar & Mr. Neeraj Poddar. Mr. Radhe Shyam Poddar had earlier co-founded M/s. Ludhiana Bottling Company in 1962 for bottling Gold spot, Limca, Thums up, Maaza as franchise of M/s. Parle Exports, Mumbai. It became the 4th plant in India to launch Coca Cola in Ludhiana area in 1994 under his able guidance.
